Disclaimer
In order for a clearing to work, and for new possibilities to be opened in your space, any distortions laced into your space must leave. This affects all layers of reality connected to your space and is likely to initiate changes within you, and anyone or anything connected to the space. It can affect you on an emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical level, and can shift your experience of reality in relation to the space. This is what we want. But as these distortions leave, these changes inevitably involve some level of ‘fallout’. You may experience more of what you don't want 'come to a head' before it is resolved. For example, you may experience more chaos or accidents, or your physical circumstances ‘unravelling’. If dead energies are involved, you may experience more ghosts. Any issues to do with your personal relationship with the space may come to the surface which could cause temporary destabilisation emotionally or psychologically. However uncomfortable, this is nothing to be worried about. It is part of the process and it is a good sign that whatever needs to leave is on its way out.
In my role, i function as the mechanism for energies to be able to move. i do not decide or control the outcome, and it is not something ‘i have done to you’. i apply my focus to the unseen layers of the space and the energies move as they need to. wWhat needs to leave will leave, and in the time that is right.
With this in mind, it is important to clarify that i cannot take responsibility for your wellbeing, reactions, or circumstances that may be in relation to the ‘fallout’ of our work. Therefore, as part of our agreement, i require you to take full responsibility for any and all aspects of your life, including anything that may be a consequence of our work. Similarly, if you don't see the practical results you want right away, it is important to realise that the physical changes are not within my control. there is a bigger picture at work. It is also important to realise that it is possible for things to change in the way that you had not imagined or even hoped. For example, sometimes a clearing may initiate a shift that causes you to leave or sell your property. In light of this, i also require you to take responsibility for any outcome in relation to your property, that may be a consequence of the clearing that i do.

for personal sessions, i ask that you contact me before booking, as i would like to make sure its its a its right for you before we start (aidankasta@protonmail.com). to book a session for clearing places, i have a few steps that i ask for you to complete, as i want to be explicitly clear and upfront before we get started. before you make your booking, i ask you to:
1) make sure you are happy to provide the information i require about the place you want to clear. you can send them to me via email after you book your session
2) make sure that you are happy with our disclaimer; then sign our agreement
3) choose the type of session that is right for you. from there, you can then go through booking system on this site to choose the date for your clearing and secure it by making a financial donation.
once you have completed the booking process, i will send you a confirmation. the information about your property can be sent to me via email. after your clearing, i will send you a message to let you know that i have completed the process. You may also receive written, verbal or visual feedback during the week following the clearing (this is not guaranteed as it is not always appropriate), which may be helpful in aiding your personal integration with the space.

1) In order to complete the clearing i require the following information. Please send via email after completing the booking process, no later that 24hrs before the session:
the address and postcode of the property
a floor plan of the property with windows and doors marked out (can be hand drawn and roughly to scale)
an aerial map of the property with the boundaries of your house and/or land marked out
a few phrases with your reason/s for requesting the clearing.
photos of the inside and outside of the property are helpful but not required.
Agreement
To the man: Aidan Kasta,
i, enter into this agreement of my own free will;
i, agree for you to carry out a clearing, for any lands, spaces, or buildings of my designation, in full knowledge of the following;
that a 'clearing' in this context is defined as, comprised of, and is limited to, the focused attention of you, the man: Aidan Kasta, for the time of the agreed booking; and that the outcome of this clearing may be impossible to measure or quantify;
that a monetary donation is required to make a booking, and that any money sent by i, in this context is to be considered a donation and is not refundable unless otherwise agreed;
that, the man: Aidan Kasta, may, at any time, choose to cancel this 'clearing'; and in doing so, return any financial donation made by i;
that it is the responsibility of i, to provide the relevant information required for the clearing session at least 24 hours before the arranged session begins, and that without this information, the clearing may be cancelled without warning or compensation to i;
that this clearing may give rise to possible consequences, as outlined in the above disclaimer; and that i, agree to take full responsibility for any and all aspects of the life of i, or the property of i, including any occurrences that may be a consequence of this clearing;
i, agree to treat you, the man; Aidan Kasta, with respect, and to take responsibility for the offenses, feelings and emotions of i, during any interactions that i, may have with you; and that any communications offered by you may be limited or stopped at any time;
i, agree to all herein, and digitally autograph this agreement between i, and the man: Aidan Kasta, without coercion;

3) Please choose the type of session that is right for you
i price clearings based on the size of the project and the time i believe is appropriate for the nature of your property. In most cases, one full day is plenty of time to thoroughly clear a normal sized house (see the 'classic house' option for a house with up to 6 bedrooms and/or up to 10 acres), and two full consecutive days is plenty of time to thoroughly clear a larger estate (see the 'estate or palace' option for house with up 20 bedrooms and/or up to 50 acres). If the space you wish to clear does not easily fall within these categories, for example if it houses an organisation, institution or businesses, or if it is a very unusual situation, then i would ask you to contact me to discuss the nature of your project before we make arrangements.
