• Discover and identify decedent's assets.
• Locate bequeathed items.
• Purge discards and debris with client approval. If necessary, coordinate this function with a rubbish removal provider.
• Sort, categorize, package and inventory decedent's possessions.
• Act as liaison between executor and attorney.
• Discuss and coordinate disposal of assets through donation, consignment, estate sale, or auction.
• If necessary, work with Real Estate Professionals and any other professional necessary to place the decedent's residence on the market.
